OneDrive: We can’t sync this library because the configuration created by the site administrator isn’t supported.

OneDrive Upgrade 1

If you’ve recently received this error then its time to upgrade your OneDrive for Business application!

If you are using a click to run install from Office 365 you can run a repair install from ‘Add remove programs’. If not then┬ásimply download the latest version and upgrade the software.

Download the latest version from here:

Run the install

Wait a few minutes

OneDrive Upgrade 3

Enter the users Office 365 / OneDrive logon details

OneDrive Upgrade 4

Press Next to set everything up

OneDrive Upgrade 5

Choose folders to sync and press Next

OneDrive Upgrade 6

Done!

I have been rebooting each time I see this error crop up and everything syncs as usual after that.
