Add a Customer Booking Page to Facebook

Link the power of your Office 365 customer booking page with the reach of your Facebook profile¬†by adding a simple ‘Book Now’ button to your¬†business Facebook page.

Reach more customers and take more bookings in your business!

If you haven’t already configured your Office 365 booking page then follow my easy guide here:

Setup a customer bookings page using Office 365

Now log into the Booking portal and click on ‘Booking page’

Press the Connect button.

Click ‘Log in to Facebook’ and sign into the Facebook page which manages your business page.

Select the business page you want to add the booking button to and press ‘Connect’. Here I’m going to add a booking button to our SlashAdmin Facebook page as a test.

Now Click on View or visit your Facebook page to test the button.

The ‘Book Now’ button will now be active, click on it to create a new booking.

Customers will see all of the available services they can book. Here customers can book a Car MOT.

Customers can select any available time slot.

They add some basic booking details to complete the booking.

Once the booking is complete you will receive an email to let you know there has been a booking and it will display in the Office 365 booking page calendar!

Summary

Combing the power of Office 365 bookings with your loyal customer base on facebook. Customers new and old can easily book any services you have to offer!
